Theatre Nurse

Are you an adaptable, quick-thinking, calm-natured but focused nurse who would thrive under the pressure and fast pace of Jersey’s Theatre Department?

Join our busy but rewarding 24-hour Theatre Department, where teamwork is essential.

Working within a smaller environment than the UK, our teams across ICU and ED work together with nurses on a daily basis, creating a community built on trust and mutual respect.

Take pride in the care you give patients within 3 specialist areas of Theatre Nursing (anaesthesia, scrubbing and recovery) and benefit from a network of supportive colleagues and excellent opportunities for career progression and further study.

In Jersey, people notice you in the community and often thank you for the care you provided. Because the hospital is smaller than the large trauma centres in the UK, you also have a better working relationship with colleagues, making it easier to get things done. You can make a big difference and feel you are more part of a community in hospital and out.
