We are very proud of the nurse-to-patient ratio in Jersey compared to the NHS. This allows the nurses to deliver the care they aspire to deliver. As a nurse, there is nothing more disheartening than not being able to deliver the care you want, because you are too busy. What’s more, there are close working relationships with colleagues because of the structure and size of the hospital. Our skilled clinicians can support nurses’ careers through study and training.
